Shipping, Return and Refund Policy

Shipping:

 

Orders typically ship within 7-10 business days after an order is processed, unless otherwise specified on the product page or at time of purchase.

 

Custom, Made to Order and Exclusive/Limited Drop Products:


ALL SALES ARE FINAL. 
Due to the specialized nature of creating team jerseys, custom, and other made-to-order products, these items will not be eligible for return or exchange, unless such products are received in damaged condition. Additionally, items that are marked as “Exclusive” or “Limited” Drop items will not be eligible for return or exchange, unless such products are received in damaged condition.

 

Product Condition:


Product returns and or exchanges may be accepted in new, unworn, and unwashed condition only. The product must be shipped back to us within 15 days of confirmed delivery in order to be honored.

 

Returning Product Received in Damaged Condition:


If the product is received in damaged condition, please contact us immediately informing us of the issue, and we will generate a pre-paid shipping label for you to return the item. Taking photos and providing a detailed description of the issue will help to expedite the process. The product must be shipped back to us within 10 days of confirmed delivery.

 

Return and Exchange Shipping Options:


If requesting a product return, customers may opt to pay for postage at a nearby post office or carrier. Alternatively, customers can contact us directly to generate a pre-paid shipping label. 

 

If requesting a shipping label from us for a return, the cost of the label and a re-stocking fee will be deducted from any refunds provided. If requesting a product exchange, there will NOT be pre-paid shipping label provided and customers will need to pay for postage at a nearby post office or carrier as well as the cost to re-ship the exchanged item.

 

International Orders:

 

To initiate a return on an international order, you must contact us within 30 days from the date your package arrives at your doorstep. Orders shipped internationally are not eligible for free returns or merchandise exchanges. Shipping fees and duties are nonrefundable. Team jerseys, custom and made to order items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged. If you have received a defective or incorrect item, please contact customer service.

 

Mail items back to us at the address below using any trackable shipping method. Please be sure that your package is insured and prepaid. Please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed once received. Once the returned merchandise has been quality checked and approved, we will issue a refund to the original method of payment in US dollars at the current exchange rate. You are responsible for all return shipping and customs fees.
